Refund policy
We gladly accept returns on items within 48 hours, provided we are notified within the same 48-hour period. If a client notices any issues with a store-bought or manufactured item (such as scratches, marks, or defects), Embark must be notified within 24 hours of the item being delivered or collected from the store.
Please note:
No returns or refunds are accepted on sale items.
Embark charges a 3% handling fee on all returned items to cover credit card and banking fees.
